Dear RSS3 Community,
May has been a month of both reflection and anticipation. As we celebrated the third anniversary of RSS3 with our annual party, we also forged ahead with the final preparations for our Beta Mainnet, scheduled for an early June launch. This upcoming phase in our journey is not just a progression but a leap towards realizing our vision for a fully decentralized web. Each test and optimization carried out this month has been pivotal, setting a strong foundation for what promises to be a groundbreaking launch.

Dev Progress
- Beta Mainnet:
- The team worked diligently throughout May to finalize the RSS3 Beta Mainnet(which will be released in June). As we prepared for the upcoming launch, we concentrated on rigorous testing and last-minute optimizations to ensure a robust deployment.
- Alongside our mainnet, we are also preparing to release the RSS3 Beta Node, fully open-source Public Good Nodes featuring an intuitive configurator and an automated deployer. Check it out here.
Marketing and Ecosystem Progress
- RSS3 VSL is thrilled to announce that we are the first rollup live with Near Protocol Data Availability, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to enhance the environment for micro-transaction-heavy AI DApps.
- Two Weeks Update: Following the integration, the RSS3 VSL has seen a remarkable 95% decrease in costs, signaling a competitive and thriving future for decentralized AI.

- We recently celebrated our third RSS3 core contributor annual gathering, marking three years of relentless effort by RSS3 in advancing the Open Information. As a team and foundation established to build the Open Web, its scope is our scope. When something is missing, we build it or help build it. We will spare no effort to collaborate, innovate, and build an open world alongside all those who join us on this journey.
- The RSS3 Mainnet recently celebrated its 100th Epoch, boasting approximately 548 million RSS3 in distributed rewards, 60 active nodes, and an APY of roughly 178%.
- Real-time transaction details and metrics for RSS3 VSL are available at https://scan.rss3.io/stats. We are experiencing a steady increase in new transactions and accounts, yet transaction fees remain exceptionally low, below 0.00002 $RSS3.
