RIP-3: Registered Networks

Abstract

RIP-3 is used to describe and qualify the networks that can be used for RSS3 profiles links items.

Motivation

The RSS3 protocol does not restrict what networks can be used for profiles links items, which creates uncertainty in implementation and use.
